| Member Recognition Dinner |
| On June 25th a dinner was held at Sandstone Supper Club, in Crivitz, to honor this years member of the year. The member of the year was selected by ballots mailed to the full membership. Dinner was followed by a Board meeting and election to fill three Board seats. Those up for election were Judy Thoreson, incumbent, Shirley Prudhomme, incumbent, Jay Thomas and Ray Wanholm. Elected to serve two year terms were Judy Thoreson, Shirley Prudhomme and Ray Wanholm. Gene Walters was selected as member of the year and was presented with a certificate and a pin. Leslie Carmody, Chairman of the Fund Raising/Events Committee received an award for sponsoring the most new members. Drawings for door prizes followed. Door prizes were donated by Pendyl Company of Oconto. |

| Judy Thoreson has served on the Crivitz Area Sister City Board since its inception. Judy is married to Keith and has one son, Travis. Keith and Judy own and operate Tree Treasures, in the Town Of Stephenson. She is a past Secretary of the Board and currently very active on numerous committees. Judy is very community minded and has worked on the Miss Marinette Scholarship Program for many years. Keith and Judy have visited Crivitz, Germany and almost every year open their home to visitors from Germany. She has been a past Den Mother and has been very involved in school activities Next month our Member Profile will be Board Of Director member Shirley Prudhomme. |
